In order to benefit from the Group conditions and rates, the number of beds contracted must be equal to or greater than 20 beds.
Being a group, the reservation has special conditions.
We need you to send us a signed or acceptance email of the quote we have sent you. Once accepted, we will send you an advance invoice for 30% (approximate) of the total value of your reservation.
The budget is usually valid for 15 days, during which the places will remain blocked. After that period and without having confirmed by paying the advance, the budget will be canceled and the requested dates will be unlocked.
We have to make a Non-Refundable charge of this 30% of the total, in order to guarantee the reservation.
You can make the payment by transfer to the account that appears on the advance payment invoice or by bank card through the link that we sent you along with the advance payment invoice.
Once the Non-Refundable advance has been collected, the cancellation conditions are as follows:
- Remember that the 30% charged is not refundable. To avoid paying the rest of the reservation you must cancel it up to 30 days before the arrival date.
During this period, the necessary bed corrections can be made and the total cost will be adjusted in the final invoice.
Up to 30 days prior to entering the Hostel, changes to places can be made. Once this time has passed, reductions of more than 10% of the total number of beds will not be accepted.
The pending payment of the reservation must be made 15 days before check-in, and send us the receipt to the email address reservas@scoutmadridhostel.com
